He is survived by: his wife Janice Davenport Winstead; his children, Cindy Hinnant (Joe) and Dennis Winstead (Denise); his grandchildren, T. J. Winstead, Michael Webb (Victoria), Jo Anna Stox (D. J.), Jessica Chaney (Cameron) and Joy Leigh Hinnant (Alex); his great grandchildren, Bryce Winstead, Kenzie Webb and Connor Chaney; and his sister Sylvia Rice.
