He is survived by: his wife Frances Hathaway-Raper; his children, Sammie Ryan Raper (Heather) and Christy Raper Cichon (Martin); his grandchildren, Nolan Raper, Kaleigh Smith, Morgan Cichon, Madison Cichon, Madelyn Raper, Ashton Hathaway and Taylor Cox; his great grandchild Layne Cox; his brother Pete Raper; his sister-in-law Edna Earle Raper; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Hathaway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distance and face mask are required for the service and his visitation.
