She was predeceased by: her husband Francis "Jake" Brightbill; her parents, Harold Reifsnyder and Dorothy Reifsnyder; her siblings, Raymond Reifsnyder and Donna Daugherty; and her grandson Jeremy Augustine.
She is survived by: her sister Leanna Stover of Joppatown, Maryland; and her children, Kathy Witchey (Steve) of Wilson, Francis "Ray" Brightbill (Gail) of Shermansdale, Pennsylvania, Leanna Wickline (Dan) of Tannersville and Robert "Bob" Brightbill (Megan) of Harrisburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
