He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jimmy Smith; and his grandparents, Roy and Doris Dail. He is survived by: his mother Annie Dail Smith of Walstonburg; his daughter Haley Hart Peoples (Mike) of Tyler, Texas; his brothers, Randy Smith, Phil Smith, Jamie Smith and Timmy Hart; and his uncle Pete Williams.
