Tillman is survived by: children, Peggie Perez of Wilson, Kathy Parrish (Peanut) of Lucama, Tilghman Jones of Wilson and Danny Jones of Wilson; and brother Harvey Jones of Atlanta, GA.. Tillman is also survived by seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
