He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Skinner and Carolyn Skinner. He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Skinner of Daytona, Florida; his fiancée Eleanor Nutt; and his sisters, Susan Green (Mike) of Reidsville, Jane Whitley (Brent) of Spring Hope, Tracy Stallings (Randy) of Rocky Mount and Amy Connie (Trey) of Macclesfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
