He is survived by: his wife Mary Mason Lamm; his children, Lora Denton (David) of Lucama and Stacey Todd Lamm of Lucama; his grandsons, Alex Massimi (Freddy) of Wilson and Will Denton of Rocky Mount; and his sister Gerry Whitley (Howard) of Wilson.
