He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Lee Wooten Hardy; and his brother James Lee Hardy, Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Bonita Hardy; his daughters, Kimberly Pender of Wilson, NC and Toni Hardy of Greenville, NC; his father James Lee Hardy of Goldsboro, NC; his brothers, Linwood Hardy of Goldsboro, NC and Stacy Hardy (Sondra) of Savannah, GA; his mother-in-law Minnie Pender; and his siblings-in-law, Paulette Hilliard, Ronald Finch (Pamela), Jerry Pender, Jr. (Suzanne) and Corey Pender. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
