She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Webb and Allison Webb; her former husband Emmett Williams; her husband Ernest Phillips; her daughter Rosanne Harrell; her stepdaughter Elaine Turner; and her siblings, Gloria Bridgers, Geraldine Winstead, Grover Webb, Louis Webb and James Webb.
She is survived by: her sons, Pat Williams (Sue) and Tim Williams (Carolyn); her stepchildren, Lori Campbell (Curtis) and Ray Phillips; her brothers, Ted Webb, Matt Webb and Donnie Webb; her grandsons, Kyle Williams, Kevin Harrell, Michael Harrell (Mary), David Williams (Amber), Brett Williams (Charley) and Jamie Williams (Ashley); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Turner (Jen), Matthew Turner (Bess), Nikki Schell (Andrew) and Genna Brooks Martin (Paul); her great grandchildren, Thomas Harrell, Nathan Harrell, Catherine Harrell, Piper Williams and Violet Williams; and her stepgreat-grandson Brooks Schell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church, Wilson Community College, Bible Missionary Baptist Church, and Community Hospice.
