It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Best Jr. (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on August 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Ester Wade Fulghum (Mae Best); and his son William Dennis Best. He is survived by: his son Steve Best (Kathy) of Wilson; his siblings, Peggy Parrish Barnes of Lucama, Ruth Best Whitley of Lucama, Kermit Best, Donald Best, Harold Best of Wilson, Ricky Best of Winterville and Wilbert Best of Bailey; his grandchildren, Michael Best, Brian Best, Eddie Pate, Daniel Best, Kaitlyn Best Puerta and Emilee Best; and his great grandchildren, Karastan Best, Brayden Best, Ethan Best, Micah Best, Chandler Best and Lilyana Puerta.
