He was predeceased by: his wife LaRue High Williamson; his son Kenneth Earl Williamson; his parents, Wiley Glaucus and Sudie Marie Williams Williamson; and his siblings, Doreatha Williamson Witek, Sudie Gray Williamson Pridgen, Phyllis Knight, Wiley Clinton Williamson, Carsie Lee Williamson and Walter Lee Williamson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra "Sandy" Ellen Williamson of Wilson and Sue Williamson Nichols (Tim) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Jennifer Carraway Penny (Brian), Timothy Carraway (Courtney), David Helms (Amanda) and Beth Gudac (Gary); his stepgrandchildren, Michelle Nichols Lee (Steve) and Joshua Nichols (Leigh Anne); and his sister Texie Williamson Howden of Texas. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren.
