She was predeceased by: her husband James Alfred Boyette; her daughter Barbara Ann Boyette; her parents, Becton Brown and Bessie Farmer Brown; and her siblings, George Brown, Collin Brown, Bruce Brown, Edrena Ruffin, Mae Watson and Nelia Holloman.
She is survived by: her sons, James Donald Boyette of Wilson, NC and Ralph Boyette (Melinda) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by one granddaughter, two grandsons and two great granddaughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
