He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Mizelle White; his sons, Avery Lewis White and Ethan Wood White; his parents, Jerry White of Windsor and Wendy White of Windsor; and his sisters, Melissa Northcott (Tony) of Colerain and Beverly Baker.
