Hoggard (Revonne) of Windsor; his sisters, Nancy Hoggard of Windsor and Hetty Hargrove of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Randy Goodwin (Peggy) and Bobby Hoggard; his great grandchildren, BriAnn Goodwin of Ashley Ryan and Randi Goodwin of Ashley Ryan; and his great great grandchild Zoey Ryan.
