He is survived by: his mother Doris Suis Hughes of Windsor; his son Thomas Charles Hughes; and his siblings, Kim Baker (Frank) of Windsor, Jed Hughes (Ellen) of Merry Hill, Jock Hughes of Wilmington and Jim Hughes of Greenville.
