We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2021, at the age of 90, Charles Shook Sr. of Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita H. Shook; and his siblings, Lawrence, Paul, Glen, Ruth Hampton and Evelyn Whitton.

He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Shook, Jr. and Mary Ellen Shook.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Trellis Supportive Care (Hospice), 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
