She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova White and Clyde White. She is survived by: her sister Scarlett Chaney (Larry); her former husband Terry Cooksey; her sons, Michael Cooksey and Patrick Cooksey; her daughter-in-law Katie; and her grandchildren, Hollis, Afton and Emery.
Due to COVID restrictions, the family requests all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
