He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Barbara Lewis; and his son Tommy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hicks Lewis; his daughter Heather Pearson (Matt); his daughter-in-law Renee Lewis; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Thomas Jr., James Lewis and Matthew Pearson III; his siblings, David Lewis (Betty), John Lewis and Annette Kelley (Mike); his aunt Christine Huffman; and his brother-in-law Ken Henderson (Cathy). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
