He is survived by: his parents, William Henry and Leathia Michaels Hobson; his children, Gilbert Troy "Sonny" Hobson, Jr. (Doris), Anthony Todd Hobson (Patrice) and Robin Hobson (Mark Hill); his mother-in-law Olivia Lee Shores; his grandchildren, David Hobson (Sonya), Anthony Todd Hobson, Jr, Liea Hobson and Miranda Hobson; and his great grandchildren, Makayla and Mark Hobson of Walkertown.
