He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Hall, Sr. and Gladys Shore Hall. He is survived by: his daughter Tomeka Hall; his granddaughter Alexis Matthews; and his siblings, Teresa Hodge, Deborah Wilkins (Ernest) of Winston-Salem, NC and Tyrone Hall of Bowie, Maryland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
