It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jan Duncan Whiteheart of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. H. Duncan and Marian Duncan. She is survived by: her son Clay Whiteheart (Katy) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Tinsley, Shelby and Paisley; her sister Donna Boyer (Duncan) of Woodstock, GA; her nieces and nephews, Michael Kloppenburg (Lindsay), Kristina (John), Stephanie (Kory), Geoffrey and Vincent; and her close friends, Susan, Sammy Jones and Judi Chandler. She is also survived by other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff of The Oaks at Forsyth for their excellent and compassionate care over the last year, especially during an unprecedented pandemic.
