He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Carstens Sr. and Barbara Carstens; his wife Kathy Collins; his sons, Dan and Mitch (Ashley); his grandchildren, Emmalyn, Micah and Gryffin; and his sister-in-law Anne Collins.
