He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chalmers C. Young and Martha J. Young. He is survived by: his parents, Waymon L. Monroe, Sr. (Debora) and Karen Y. McCoy; his stepfather Chris E. McCoy; his son Jovan Baker; his brothers, Rev. Waymon L. Monroe, Jr. (Leola), Antonio D. McCoy (Carla) and Christopher J. McCoy (Alexis); his grandmother Hazel Hollingsworth; and his uncle Michael Young (Lisa) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and many devoted friends.
