We bid farewell to Kenneth Ray Hartman (Winston Salem, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 31, 2025 at the age of 81. Kenneth Ray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brantley H. Hartman and Hazel Scott Hartman; and his siblings, Brantley "Bub" H. Hartman, Jr., Michael "Mickey" Hartman, Norma Yountz and Joan Dize.
He is survived by: his wife Cherryl Lazenby Hartman; his children, Marty Edwards, Mark Sams and Scott Sams (Donna); his grandchildren, Zack Edwards, Sara, Emma and Andrew Sams; and his sister Wanda Walker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
