She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seli and Emma Seli; her husband Paul Zohorsky; and her siblings, Genevieve Amon, Anna Basl (Betty), Msgr and Mary Catherine Seli S. C..
She is survived by: her siblings, Eleanor Hines and Frederick Seli; and her children, Anne Zohorsky (Jim Flaherty), Paul J. Zohorsky III (Claudia) of Ellicott City, MD, Peter J. Zohorsky (Stephanie) of Chesapeake, VA, Julie Pinder (Jon) of Winston-Salem, NC and Joan Betts (Erin) of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Salem Funeral and Cremation Services - Downtown (120 S Main St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (335 Springdale Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Samaritan Ministries in Winston-Salem (samaritanforsyth.org) or the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Charlotte (https://www.stvincentdepaulchurch.com).
