She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Dillard and Nancy M. Dillard; her husband Leonard Elton Vannoy; her siblings, Bruce, Clarence, Bob, James Dillard, Faye McGinnis, Georgie Hartzog, Hazel Smith, Helen Winebarger, Betty Bledsoe and Dot Hilton Lakey; and her granddaughter Kalen Noelle Vannoy.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Weyandt (Ken) and Barry Vannoy (Kelly); and her grandson Kaleb Vannoy. She is also survived by her family, neighbors.
