He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Twitty and Thelma Twitty; and his siblings, Audrey, Charmaine, CarolAnn, Thurmond, Jr. and Oscar.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Twitty; his daughter Phylicia Twitty; his stepchildren, Kenya Heck (David) and Wayne Jones; and his grandchildren, Cam, Ryn Twitty, Kennedy Heck and Daaiyah Heck. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
