He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Monroe and Blanche Craft Livengood; and his siblings, E. M. Livengood, Jr. (Louise), Joseph Livengood (Mary), Phillip Livengood (Ruth) and Mildred Hendrix (George).
He is survived by: his children, Keith (Janet) and Susan Annas (Jim); his grandchildren, Megan Livengood, Emily Uhland (Mike), Robert Livengood (Lindsay), Drew Annas and Mahlon Hobson (Gib); and his great grandchildren, Evie, Juliet, Mav, Hazel, Callie and Henry.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forsyth Memorial Park (3815 Yadkinville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church (3543 Robinhood Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Tabor UMC and designated for "Ms. Betty's Playground.".
