It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Andrews Jr. of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Andrews, and Minnie Fortune Andrews, Sr.; his wife Carolyn Ann Andrews; and his brothers, Luvern and Harry Andrews.
He is survived by: his children, Reginald Antoinio Thompson, Deborah Andrews Farrington (Leo), Willette Andrews, Willie Andrews, III and Terry Andrews; his grandchildren, Leo Andrews, Krystal Farrington, Brannon Farrington, Alasha Ingram and Tasiana Andrews; his great grandchildren, Jeleel Robinson, Ka'Niyah Fraizer, Kyrah Frazier, Elijah McCoy and Annaliyah Farrington; and his sisters, Christine McDonald, Ella Mae Laws, Thomasenia Kennedy and Rosemary Michaels. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
