She was predeceased by: her husband E. O. "Pannie" Forlines; her parents, Allen Forbes and Dora Willoughby Forbes; and her foster brother Z. L. Forbes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Winterville Christian Church (257 Cooper St, Winterville, NC 28590).
