Harris of Portsmouth, VA; and her siblings, Nyoka Green of Woodland, NC, Maxine Perry of Plattsburg, NY, James L. Wiggins of Ahoskie, NC and David Wiggins (Cynthia) of Woodland, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
