He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Ralph Cooke and Vannie Blowe Cooke; his daughter Susan C. Joyner; and his sisters, Joyce Ann Cooke and Virginia C. Pearce.
He is survived by : his wife Louise V. Cooke; his daughter Betsy C. Davis (Phil); his grandchildren, Jarrett Parker (Amy), Ashley Parker, Ryan Davis and Dale Davis; and his great grandchildren, Aliah Parker, Destiny Woodley, Wade Parker and Dottie Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
