It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Roberta Outland of Woodland, North Carolina, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Griffin Outland and Maude Stephenson Outland. She is survived by : her brother John "Johnny" Griffin Outland Jr. (Barbara) of Woodland; her nephew Scott Smith (Leslie) of Woodland; her great-nephew Michael Smith; her great-niece Lizzie Smith; and her cousins, Charles Stephenson, Elliott Stephenson and Connie Christison.
