It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Midgette Upchurch of Woodland, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Franklin Hunter Upchurch Sr.; her parents, Lafayette Midgette and Eula Midgette; and her husband Frank. She is survived by : her sister Celia Lawrence; her children, Franklin Upchurch Jr. (Nancy) of Raleigh, NC and Paula Hipp (Danny) of Boiling Springs, NC; her grandchildren, Jada Huss (Brad) of Kings Mountain, NC and Bryce Hipp (Alexandra Reger) of Delray Beach, FL; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt, Ava Huss, Kayla and Jaxson.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Morrisville.
