He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Randolph Lindsey and June Dolle Burt; his wife Patricia Ann Lindsey; his daughters, Kristi Lindsey Downs and Teresa L. Koska; and his siblings, Robert Lindsey, Steve Burt and Linda Gregory.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Nancy Masters (Scot); his great grandchild Opal; his grandson Michael F Koska III (Angela); his daughter Caroline Koska Reda (Ralph); his grandchildren, Joshua, Megan and Atlanta Marie Carrera; his daughters, Lana, Christina, Jenny and Stella Keller Black (Richard); and his grandchildren, Salem, Taylor and Grant Gausman. He is also survived by 5 great-grandsons; and a close family friend.
