She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Lawhorn; her children, Margie Lawhorn and Raymond Lawhorn; and her brother Elias Peña. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lawhorn and Kathrine Hale; and her grandson Luke Cranfil.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Yadkin Memorial Gardens (1440 Shacktown Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055).
