He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Boggs; and his sister Linda Boggs Smith. He is survived by: his mother Lorina Ellen Jane Groce; his siblings, Wanda Southard (Bryan), Sylvia Boggs, Sharon Phillips (Doug), Susan Talley (Scott), Larry Boggs (Cindy), Terry Boggs and Jeff Boggs; his siblings' children, Amanda, Emily, Jonathan, Ashley, Shelby, Cassie, Megan, Dalton, Ryan, Justin, Dylan, Brayden and Cameron; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Graylyn, Noah, Elizabeth, Sean, Waylon, Cora, Christopher, Allanah, Kayne, Arlyn, Cali and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley – SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin at 243 N Lee Ave, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
