He is survived by: his wife Glenda Mullen Cornatzer; his brother Roy Lee; his children, Chris Cornatzer (Lisa), Shane Cornatzer (Julie), Jason Cornatzer (Stephanie) and Brandi Allen (David); his grandchildren, Kaella Monaghan (Christian), Jason Duke, Kiersten Duke, Aaron Duke, Jason Buckwalter, Drew Cornatzer, Olivia Cornatzer, Eli Flynn Cornatzer, Sadie Grace Allen, Addi Allen and Matthew Allen; and his great grandchildren, Ily Duke, Aubrielle Duke, Jaxon Monaghan, Joel, Liam and Scarlette.
