He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen McCoy Billings Sr. and Sharon McMillian Billings; and his father-in-law Cliff Long. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Bowman (TJ); his grandchildren, Tyler, Memphis and Maverick; his sisters, Melanie Parrish (Brad) and Olivia Billings; his mother-in-law Steffi Long; his brothers-in-law, Danny Long (Katrina) and Jeremy Long; and his nephew Cory Long.
