She is survived by : her close friends, Don and Debbie; her daughters, Brooke Matthews and Kasey Matthews; her brother William Gray Hinsdale; and her cousin Jessica Musgrave. She is also survived by special friends, and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
