It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lendon McKinley Chambers (Yadkinville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Wake McKinley Chambers; his wife Thelma Lee Barnard Chambers; and his son Terry Chambers. He is survived by : his children, Darrell Chambers (Anue), Leslie Andrews (Marvin) and Chris Chambers (Michelle Shafer); his grandchildren, Kelly Wilcox (Adam), Hannah Chambers, Jennie Smith (Justin), Lanette Lassiter, Laresa Grimwood (Eric), Heather Penland (Jimmy) and Austin Chambers; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Chambers.
