He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Gregory and Minnie Cass Gregory; his wife Ethel Mae Flinchum Gregory; and his siblings, Erma Lou Flinchum, Sudie Jarvis, Ralph and Albert Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Rex Walker (Vivian), Pat Speaks (Richard), Lynn Walker (Gail) and Elaine Tilley (Ray); his grandchildren, Mikle Walker (Coleen), Crystal Walker, Craig Gregory, Tammy Shatley (Andrew), James Walker (Deidre), Amanda Hawks (Ray), Audrey Carpenter (Scottie), Alicea Jones and Penny Yountz (Jason); his great grandchildren, Katelynn, Sierra, Mia, Kaley, Amaliyah, Austin, Will, Brynlee, Joshua, Hailey, Zoey, Connor, Raelyn and Asher; his great great grandchild Hazel; his sister Mattie Gregory; and his sister-in-law Minnie Caldwell.
