She is survived by: her husband Roger Winebarger; her children, Rena Freeland Adams (Eric) of Lewisville, NC and Ramey Joe Freeland (Marna) of Boonville, NC; her daughter-in-law Penny Freeland of Yadkinville, NC; her stepdaughters, Nancy Winebarger of Los Angeles, CA and Margie Keyantash (John) of Long Beach, CA; her siblings, Bonnie Hutchins of Yadkinville, Edith Levan of Hiddenite, NC, Linda Lafferty (David) of Jonesville, NC, Ruth Stewart (David) of Rural Hall, NC, Bobby Mickles (Wanda) of Yadkinville, NC and Denny Mickles of Yadkinville, NC; her grandchildren, Destinee Adams, Makayla Wetrick, Gabriel Adams and Garrett Freeland; her stepgrandchild Lexie Keyantash; her pet Kodi; and her brother-in-law Billy Freeland of Westmoreland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley's request is that in lieu of flowers, any memorials be made to the SECU Hospice of Yadkin, 243 N Lee Avenue, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
