He is survived by : his wife Annie Graves Slade; his son Kelly Dewayne Slade, Sr. of Yanceyville; his siblings, Wilma Kay Slade of Yanceyville, Charles Slade of Yanceyville, William O. Slade Jr. of Yanceyville, Raymond Slade (Judith) of Yanceyville, Larry Slade (Connie) of Yanceyville and Darnell Slade (Mary) of Yanceyville; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Graves (Donna) of Greensboro and Joshua Graves (Mary) of Pelham; and his grandchildren, Kelly Wayne Slade, Jr., Shandryana Holloway, Tatnya Hankins, Mahogany J. Slade and Ashantee Slade. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Monday, July 5, 2021 from 2:00 to 7:00 pm in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. (Facial Masks are required).
