Daphne Rivenbark Scruggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2023, at the age of 98, Daphne Rivenbark Scruggs (Yanceyville, North Carolina), born in Rocky Point, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daphne Rivenbark Scruggs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Donnie Ellis Rivenbark and Elizabeth Clark Rivenbark; and her husband Joseph Neal Scruggs, Sr.. She is survived by : her sons, Joe Scruggs of Providence, N. C., David Scruggs of Providence, N. C., Tim Scruggs of Providence, N. C. and Ricky Scruggs of Providence, N. C.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
