She was predeceased by: her parents, McCallister Mangum and Lucy Turner Mangum Slade; her husband Ernest Edgar Williams, Sr.; her children, Edith Centonze and Ernest Edgar Williams, Jr.; and her brothers, John Lea, Thurston, Walter Robert, Larry and Percy Mangum.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Cover of Yanceyville, Veronica Rodgers (Ronnell) of Danville, Virginia, Thomas Williams (Virginia) of Ruffin, Barney Williams (Brenda) of Ruffin, Jeffrey Williams (Tina) of Danville and Carlton Williams (Shelia) of Burlington; her siblings, Lula Helms of Reidsville, Veronica Coletrane of Yanceyville and McRae Mangum (Janie) of Gibsonville; and her son-in-law Robert Centonze of Pelham.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blackwell Missionary Baptist Church (4777 U. S. Hwy 158 W, Yanceyville, NC 27379). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Blackwell Baptist Church Cemetery (4777 U. S. Hwy 158 W, Yanceyville, NC 27379).
