He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Edward Turner; his son Timothy Williams; and his siblings, Victoria Elaine "Tooties" Turner-Smith, Elizabeth Ann "Bay Bay" Turner and Charles Thomas "Big Bay" Turner.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Irvin Stokes Turner of Yanceyville; his girlfriend Nancy King of Danville, Virginia; his children, Mary Marie Turner of Greensboro, Brenda McAllister of Arizona, Mark Williams of Yanceyville and Larry Felder of Reidsville; his siblings, Dorothy "Honey" Turner-Graves (David) of Yanceyville and Clarence Junior "Shane" Turner (Clarice) of Yanceyville; his sister-in-law Christine Turner of Yanceyville; his grandchildren, Xavier Turner, Jamiya Lipscomb, Jakiyah Lipscomb, Serenity Smith and Nakari Turner; and the mother of his children Cindy Turner Williams of Yanceyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many cherished friends.
