He is survived by : his children, Teresa Oliver of Burlington, NC, Lutricia Pyles (David Sr.) of Blanch, NC, Lelia Fitzgerald (Eric) of Danville, VA and Derrick Oliver of Colorado; his brother Woodrow Oliver (Mary) of Danville, VA; and his nephews, Timothy Oliver of Danville, VA and Woodrow Carvartos Oliver (Dezerae) of High Point, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
