He was predeceased by : his wife Annie Ruth Alford; and his former life partner Martha Medlin Alford. He is survived by : his children, Herbby Lee Alford (Virginia), Carolyn Alford Fowler, Alison Alford Fowler (Jimmy) and Robert Carson Alford (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Alford, Timothy Wayne Alford, Wesley Rogers, Johnny Rogers, Leigh Ann Fowler, Abby Fowler, Ryan Christopher Alford and Justin Chandler Alford; and his children, Donna Sue Pace, Jimmy Medlin and Frankie Medlin. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
