He is survived by: his sons, Travis Perry (Robin) of Bunn and Jason Perry of Spring Hope; his grandchildren, Chance of Bunn, Aubrey of Bunn, Ember of Bunn and Harley of Bunn; and his siblings, Bobby Perry (Ellen) of Durham, Wiley Perry of Zebulon, Betty Stallings (Milton) of Clayton, Gail Green of Garner, Pauline Bradford of Roanoke Rapids, Keith Perry of Middlesex and Randy Perry of Spring Hope. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
